Faulty goods
Faulty goods will be examined and possibly referred back to the manufacturer for advice. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If the item is not repairable we will replace it if we have another in stock. If the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund. Customer must provide receipt for proof of purchase.
Change of mind purchase
Change of mind returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion. In order for a change of mind return to be considered the following must apply:
- Item must be returned within 48 hours of purchase.
- Receipt for proof of purchase.
- Items must be in their original packaging and not worn/used.
No returns on Sale items unless faulty.

Gift vouchers are available and valid for one year from the date of issue. .
